Visualized Technologies uses your contact information, company context and preparation notes to assess fit and prepare for the conversation. Campaign labels help us understand which introductions are useful.

Your private preparation link grants access to your reservation and notes. Keep it confidential. Links expire after 90 days. Do not include credentials, customer records or sensitive financial documents in these forms.

Video viewing intervals are associated with your reservation to record completion and allow you to resume. Skipping does not count as viewing. Recorded viewing does not prove understanding.

We send preparation information and call reminders for your application. Stop custom reminders from your private page. Google Calendar manages its own notifications.

We use Meta measurement to associate campaign click/browser identifiers and hashed contact identifiers with application, appointment and purchase events. We do not send free-text answers or company records to Meta. Measurement respects supported browser privacy signals. Our first-party application and appointment records work independently of Meta.

The hosting, database, scheduling and configured email providers process information needed for this service. Pilot records are reviewed after 90 days. To request access or deletion, or discuss measurement preferences, contact hello@visualized.tech.
